Squatting light a couple times a week. Up to 140x1 on Tuesday, 125x2x2 today. No pain but leg felt tight today, like it needed to be stretched. Seems to be a lot more people in the gym benching 4 inches from their chest. Very annoying.

2013 NL Provincials
Right leg is still messed up but decided to lift as it wasn't hurting too bad during warm-ups.
