Saturday Training at Global

I'm traveling tomorrow(Sun) so trained at Global with Price, No Turn Down BigTown, Soupie and Foley. May be on the road for the next 4 weeks straight so I went straps down squats and threw the bench shirt on for a couple of singles. Same shirt I wore at 83, so I need to wear a belt w/it and may have to tighten the sleeves. I'll prob need another custom F6 for World's.

675 kg training total today and with the 275x3 deadlift from 10 days ago, gives me a 725 training total. Probably 1 more straps down session, 1 straps up for squats; 1 more shirted bench session to the chest, experimenting with Grandy's custom Katana; 1 more straps up deadlift session before Nationals.
