Flew to Montreal and drove to Vermont for a go-live team party on Monday. Good times. Up at 5:30 this morning, drove to Montreal, flew back to SJ, picked up Max, played with him and fed him, then hit the gym. Man's gotta train.

Worlds!
A spot opened up on the Masters team for worlds so I have to focus and see if I can salvage a total in 11 weeks. Have had wraps on twice since October, maybe bench shirt once, no sq suit and dl suit once.
