Trained with Steph and Robert. Easterns was held this past weekend so everyone was feeling tired. Managed a 170x1x2 HB set and a 175x1 lb.

Saturday Training
Trained with Matt 'Wheels' Wells, Roberto and The 105 lb Juggernaut at Reps. Excellent session. One random gym-goer suffered Roberts wrath after walking in front of Stef pulling her last dl before the meet at 155x1. "Go do your curls in the mirror" is now my ambiguous comment for anyone that irritates me.
