Recent Training

Pulled 247.5 dl last week, body weight 172. Didn't fall down.
Bench is in the crapper.
Squat is predominantly sexy highbar.

My whole goal now is to stay ahead of Matt and Robert in each lift(even if I don't bench, I should be fine for at least a year) and beat Steph in any and all core work(again, hasn't been a challenge).
