Training
I've managed to hurt my hamstring or adductor, something in my leg is hurty. Can't squat or deadlift. Have considered doing bi's and tris and shoulders. I feel dirty.

Monday Training in Montreal
Got to train at Epicentre Gym in Montreal, owned by Kacey Baines. What a great spot. A fellow lifter even dropped me off at the hotel when I was done training. Got to use a sexy Texas Power Bar for deadlifts, haven't used one in years. Wish we could use those at IPF meets!
