Saturday Training
Trained with Campbell, Loder, Steph, Aaron and Paul. A classic 3 hour session. Everyone missed a rep today except Campbell(only squatted) and myself. They were all complaining of being tired after a couple sets of deadlifts. I scoff their lack of conditioning.
