Sunday Training
Sore sore on Fri/Sat after getting back to training Wed evening. Trained at 9:30 AM at Global w/TG and Stacey. Back to some light wraps today, first session since Apr 13. May be the longest break in my career and surprised that it wasn't too hurty.

Wed Training
Bumped the weights up on all 3 lifts tonight. Body was feeling fresh and I'm heading to Florida for a week in May, figured I'd push it harder than I want so soon after Nats and take a full 7+ days of the powerlifts while I'm gone. Hauled on the Ivanko bar tonight to work on speed. Felt like pulling in a suit.
