Holiday Training
Had some great training sessions over the holidays. Hancott and Foley joined in for a couple of sessions that we are affectionately calling 'Squatmageddon". I threw the Strangulators on for 3 singles 210-220-230, easy peasy. Benched up to 145 paused, pulled 252.5 in a belt. Not bad. Still fairly strong despite slacking off on the heavy top-end training.
