Wed Training

Bumped the weights up on all 3 lifts tonight. Body was feeling fresh and I'm heading to Florida for a week in May, figured I'd push it harder than I want so soon after Nats and take a full 7+ days of the powerlifts while I'm gone. Hauled on the Ivanko bar tonight to work on speed. Felt like pulling in a suit.

    1. Is that from the extra whip in the bar? Do you think that training with the ivanko might cause one to develop weaknesses in certain areas of the pull due to how much it will bend?
