Wed Training

Granville had an exam tonight, so it was just Loder and I.

I've had issues using the Super K's in the past but the first time using this shirt tonight was fantastic. Need 1-2 sessions to get used to the groove to the chest but this should be the shirt for World's this year

The raw deadlift has been feeling great the past couple of months, wanted to do a test run of the new suit and see how the form holds on 600. 2nd rep on 272.5 was right where I want it to be, should be opener for World's.
