Friday Training - Busting out the Sumo Deadlift

Price went straps up today for deadlift so I didn't want him to be training hard alone. Working on a wider stance, and rising the hips and driving them in low and hard to initiate the pull. Speed from the floor is really good but it catches me at lockout sometimes and makes the lockout a bit 'sticky'.
