Fri Training

Hit Global with Bigtown and Steve-O. I was running late so slammed squats and benches into a Weider-patented Super Set.

Squats - all reps with slow descent/ascent and pause

Hanging planks - rep ladder - I could have done more but I could see the pain in Steve's eyes
