Well, my son, Maxim, was born on Sat Nov 5th so I had to miss Sunday's training session. I did 2 light sessions at Global, one on Friday, one on Monday.
Took it easy tonight and my training will be sporadic at best for the next 2-3 months. I need to keep in touch with some relatively heavier weights so I'll do some lower reps for a while, quality over quantity.
