This was a redemption session after the weekend in the extreme Super K. Used the Custom super k with the shorter sleeves and everything was butter again.

May have to start traveling next week, so had to do my heavy dl session in gear tonight. This will be the heaviest I go before Worlds, will do 1-2 sets of 240'ish on a Saturday later in Sept to keep in touch with the suit.

    1. Hi Matt, I need more practice in the Extreme. When the bar got 1 inch from touching it drifted low. The Super K I have is custom, works much better for me.
